RA’ANANA, Israel – Nili Capital (“Nili”) today announced the promotion of Rafi Rosenberg to Vice President of the investment team.
Rafi joined Nili Capital in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting Nili’s deal teams. Rafi is also responsible for the financial and operational reporting of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Nili, Rafi was an Associate in the Corporate Finance group at KPMG, providing sell-side and buy-side advisory services to companies in multiple industries. As part of his service in the Israel Defense Forces, Rafi served as a Sergeant in the Central Command. Rafi has a BA in Accounting and Information Systems and is a certified public accountant (IL).
