RA’ANANA, Israel – Nili Capital (“Nili”) announced the acquisition of Ideale Packaging (“Ideale”), a leading provider of secondary packaging solutions to Israel’s pharmaceutical industry. Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Holon, Israel, Ideale serves as a strategic partner to all of Israel’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, with multi-decade customer relationships built on technical expertise, integrated design services, and a long track record of consistent quality.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ideale is Nili’s first investment out of Nili II. Kroll served as financial advisor and Goldfarb Gross Seligman served as legal advisor to Nili Capital. Bank Hapoalim provided acquisition financing.
