PRESS RELEASE – March 31, 2026

RA’ANANA, Israel – Nili Capital (“Nili”) today announced the close of Nili Capital II, L.P. (“Nili II”), the firm’s second institutional fund. Concurrent with the close, Nili announced the promotion of Rafi Rosenberg to Principal.

Nili II continues the firm’s strategy of investing in Israeli businesses in the lower middle market, with a focus on manufacturing, industrial, and aerospace & defense. The fund partners with strong management teams to drive growth both organically and through cross-border M&A in Europe and the United States.

“The close of Nili II reflects the trust our investors have placed in our team and our differentiated approach to the Israeli lower middle market,” said Jonathan Zimbalist, Partner at Nili Capital. “Israel is home to a deep universe of high-quality, founder-led industrial businesses, and Nili II positions us to continue backing high-quality innovative companies and management teams.”

Rafi joined Nili Capital in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, developing relationships with local investment banks, conducting due diligence, and managing Nili’s deal teams. Rafi has developed a strong reputation as a trusted private equity professional among US and European investment banks.

“We are excited to recognize Rafi’s promotion to Principal,” said Ben Adler, Partner at Nili Capital. “Since joining Nili in 2019, Rafi has played a central role in sourcing and executing investments across the firm’s portfolio. His judgment, technical rigor, and deep relationships across the Israeli industrial landscape have been instrumental to the growth of the firm and the success of Nili.”
